The most popular include a steady yearly migration of bald eagles that feed on the kokanee salmon at Wolf Lodge Bay and Higgins Point, which is a sight to be seen! During the prime seasons, it is extremely common to see these birds in and around Lake Coeur d’Alene, feasting and soaring around majestically. Aside from bald eagles, there are deer, wolves, elk, moose, turkeys, and bears available to see and hunt during their respective seasons as well.
